Outport Reviews helps businesses collect genuine reviews from their own customers across Google and other platforms. We never write, buy, or fabricate reviews. You are responsible for providing accurate customer contact details and for having the right to contact those customers.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with the terms and policies of the review platforms involved. You may not use the service to post false, misleading, or incentivized reviews.

Guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is described on our pricing page and applies as stated there. Genuine review volume depends on your customers choosing to leave reviews; we do not guarantee a specific rating or outcome beyond the stated guarantee.

Payment and cancellation

Plans are billed as agreed when you sign up. There is no long-term contract, and you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outport Reviews is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the service.
